1) Coaching Services

(“Coach”) provides individualized training, nutrition, and accountability guidance tailored to the selected program type (Weight Loss, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Wellness, or Other). Services may include plan creation, weekly check-ins, habit targets, educational resources, and communication via email, SMS, or client portal.

2) Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate health history, medications, allergies, injuries, and personal data in all intake and check-in forms.
Follow program instructions to the best of your ability, ask questions when uncertain, and report changes in health status immediately.
Submit weekly check-ins on the assigned day; understand that results depend on adherence and personal effort.

3) Health Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

Coach is not a physician, dietitian, or medical professional. Coaching content is educational and informational only and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You agree to consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program and to stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual discomfort and seek medical care as needed.

4) Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You understand that exercise and dietary changes involve inherent risks, including but not limited to musculoskeletal injury, cardiovascular events, illness, or other complications. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks and hereby release, waive, and discharge , Web Synq Design, its owners, contractors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the program.

5) Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment is required before plan creation and is non-refundable once the long intake is submitted or services begin.
Subscriptions may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.
Missed sessions, incomplete check-ins, or lack of adherence do not qualify for refunds or credits.

6) Intellectual Property

All plans, documents, videos, and resources provided by / Web Synq Design are protected intellectual property for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

7) Media & Testimonials (Optional)

If you choose to share photos, videos, or testimonials, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by written request; future use will cease, though prior materials may remain in circulation.

8) Data & Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of personal and health-related information solely to deliver coaching services. Data will be handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9) Acknowledgment

By signing, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement & Waiver; that your information is accurate; that you assume all risks; and that you agree to the payment terms, liability release, and policies above.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your state of residence. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
